We stood at the counter for atleast 10min with 4 employees standing un front of us stoned out their mind talking to eachother. They didn't even acknowledge us. We walked out. Will not be back. It was disgusting. Edit to add. Went to leave and all of the employees stepped outside to pass a bowl around. So they're smoking on company property on company time. Hope yall do better or this location won't last long.
I recently visited Buford location and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing encounter with the staff, particularly with a blond lady who consistently exhibits poor attitude towards customers.During my most recent visit, I was the only customer in the store, yet I was met with impatience and indifference from the staff. Despite being the sole customer, I was informed that it would take some time before my order could be taken. This lack of urgency and consideration for my time was frustrating.Furthermore, when I finally had the opportunity to place my order, I requested a gluten-free bread option. However, instead of accommodating my request, the blond lady curtly informed me that it would take an additional 10 minutes. Given my time constraints, I expressed my inability to wait and left the store.This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and unwilling to return to this location in the future. Customer service is paramount in any business, and the behavior exhibited by the staff, particularly the blond lady, falls far short of acceptable standards. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, neither of which were extended to me during my visit.I hope that management takes note of this feedback and takes appropriate measures to address the issues with their customer service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Love getting the chicken sub, Philly steak, and Tuna sandwiches. I get them on wheat bread only. The staff is always pleasant and attentive, making sure that my order is made just right. I really appreciate that. Thank you, everyone who works there. Keep up the great job in keeping your customers happy.

The middle age blonde woman that opens in the morning consistently has a bad attitude. I have experienced this on several occasions. She makes the sandwich like she hates you. Also, the last time I was there the fountain drink machine wasn’t working when I pressed my drink cup on the lever. I asked her about it and she snapped at me to turn the key on the side of the machine to turn it on. I will never return and just drive a bit further to the Lawrenceville Suwannee location.
