My wife and I had an amazing meal here today. Appetizer: baked brie en croute with huckleberry sauce and micro greens Entree: 10oz New York strip with saffron risotto and broccolini. Dessert: creme brûlée and raspberry cheesecake. The brie was absolutely the best version I’ve had with fantastic pairing for highlighting the desired flavors. The New York strip was perfectly cooked (rare for me and med rare for my wife), had an excellent au jus, and went well with the risotto. We had 4 cocktails in total. Each was delicious and sized appropriately. That definitely added to the bill, as drinks always do.
