Bidra med feedbackAnna/Anne was exceptionally rude to customers. She and other employees spoke about patrons in an unprofessional manner, and it was clear that she was not happy to be at work.
Despite walking, this place is more clean and friendly than other Wawa locations.
I've been a regular at this place for a long time, especially since I travel frequently. However, I've noticed that lately the restaurant has been quite dirty, including the counters, restrooms, and even the staff themselves. During my last visit, when an employee prepared my order, I asked her to pack it up, but she responded with a bad attitude, sighed heavily, and carelessly tossed it on the counter where I couldn’t even reach it. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I often go to Wawa, and they always wrap my items separately without me having to ask; it’s like they take extra care, unlike what I experienced here. I’m seriously reconsidering stopping here in the future, even if it means I have to pay a bit more elsewhere.
There is a very low chance that this gas station is monitored. It appears to be relatively newly constructed, and I have no reason to think it was built on any former burial grounds. I recommend checking out the paved, level parking area and the conveniently located garbage bin.
They were rather busy, and I can understand. But the restroom was in quite poor repair. I did inform an employee, there was tissue wet on the floor, out of soap in a dispenser, soap on the floor. I know there are shortages, but I've not seen a wawa restroom so messy.
