Bidra med feedbackJust got served a BLT with rotten lettuce. Noticed after I ate almost all of it, thought I smelled something weird. Turned super dark green, wet, wilted, smelled not good. Guess I?m gonna have fun having this pass through my system?.tomatoes were on the opposite side of the spectrum, not even close to being ripe, hard and green. I'll start by saying that the location is convenient and the staff have always been friendly. Unfortunately the team needs some structured, organized leadership. The service slow and attention to the cleanliness of the dining area could be improved. Tables not consistently wiped, garbage bags left out on the garbage can, display case disorganized and the bathroom was in very rough shape (see pic....someone spilled something in there...it's not what it appears to be).
I went to this Tim?s to get a juice for my daughter and use the washroom. The woman?s washroom was disgusting and had no toilet paper, so I went the mens which was worse but at least had toilet paper. This was not just dirty from someone ruining the clean space it was a build up over time of grime and fluids? I thought I would still grab a juice. Waited for one of the six employees to serve me for 3 minutes with no acknowledgement? I won?t be going back.
I am getting so frustrated with ordering through Skip (not Skips fault). I always order 2 coffees and a Steeped Tea and when I get it at my door it?s Coffee?.sure enough I check my bill and it?s Tea. This is the second time this week (and numerous other times), I called on 2 days ago, just to ask the Manager to make sure they were reading the instructions correctly. But 2 days later the same thing please have your staff look at the screen more carefully.
This location is always clean and often busy. We?ve been here numerous times, usually before noon. The staff are mostly young people who are being trained, in retail and in customer service. They have always been pleasant and professional. Behind the counter they listen to their peers and learn. I hear their conversations always polite, about the business and procedures. When they?re changing shifts and in the customer side of the counter they are still friendly and
