Starbucks - Wheaton

I recently visited this restaurant with my one-month-old baby in a carrier, having decided to forgo my mobile order for in-store pickup. Unfortunately, I found out that they had accidentally closed the store. I tried knocking, but even though they saw me, no one came to help or answered the phone. As a result, I had to return home with my lively newborn while I called customer service to get my order refunded. If you're considering visiting in-store, I would recommend avoiding this place.

Great location and exceptional customer service. matte on the drive thru was the kindest dieucks worker I've ever met and my drink was perfect.

This is my go-to Starbucks store! Other stores near me don't make the drinks well, but this exact place makes it right every time! I also enjoy trying drinks I find from social media, and the workers here don't have any problems with the complicated order!

The guy that took my order and made my sandwich obviously took no care. Handed me a mangled 7 dollar sandwich that I'd need a silverware and plate to even eat at that point. The thing was a mess. Ended up throwing it away...

This is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to eat healthy. The parking can be a bit challenging at times, especially when deliveries are happening. However, I have some patience, so finding parking a little further away isn't a major issue.
