Dolce Siciliant Italian Bakery

Unbelievable Italian cuisine! Could it be better than Dolce Sicilia? I really don’t think so. I stumbled upon this gem while driving through Wadsworth. The owners are from Sicily, and everything they serve is amazing. I can’t get enough of their authentic Italian bread paired with their sauce. Everything is homemade; their pigeon cookies are to die for, and they offer the best Mediterranean pizza with generous pieces of artichoke and vegetables, all on an AMAZING crust—extremely reasonably priced, too. And let’s not forget Franco, the owner’s son, who is also directly from Italy and adds to the experience with his charming Italian looks and warm demeanor. Everything about this place is fantastic!

Authentic Italian bakery! My son Scott and I planned an Italian theme for our Christmas menu, and it turned out fantastic. The selection of cookies, pastries, bread, and pizza was impressive. The Cannoli were the best I’ve ever had—crispy shells filled with light, sweet ricotta. The airy, delicious cream puffs transported me back to my childhood. We also enjoyed the baguette for our Saturday dinner and the cookies. This place was absolutely worth the trip!

A little slice of Italy in Colorado! I stumbled upon this gem, and I can't express how overjoyed I am to have found it by chance. I almost have tears of happiness in my eyes. The aromas are just like home. I only have a few items to try this morning, and I haven't tasted everything yet, but taking a bite of an almond cornet transported me back home for a brief moment.

Small bakery in Denver with amazing cookies and pastry options. As an Italian from NY, These are some of the best Italian cookies and pastries I have ever enjoyed... Sorry Grandma. The team is amazing and super friendly! Worth the trip to enjoy these treats on a regular basis.

Amazing pastries and calzones! I would stick to the authentic Italian stuff rather than the American or French basics. The “thumbprint cookies” (I think that’s what they were called) fresh out of the oven were unimaginably soft—pure bite-sized bliss!
