Qu - Whakatane

I was looking for a specific product, but the website crashed. So, I called the Whakatane store and spoke with Sharnika (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong). She was incredibly helpful, even during their busy hours, and she also followed up with a call. Thank you—your excellent customer service is genuinely appreciated!

The store is clean and well-maintained, but it tends to be on the pricey side overall. However, there are some specials that can help those on a budget. The checkout staff are always friendly and accommodating.

The new self-service layout is fantastic. It creates a lot more space and makes it much easier to navigate with a stroller. I recently discovered that my shopping here was much cheaper than at other places.

Thank you to the server at the cafe today (18/8/23 @9:30am) you have such a lovely personality and certainly brightened my day. Excellent customer service.

Such lovely people,always ready to help with anything. Beautiful store and great range for everyone. Love the diversity on products from low to high to suit everyone. Just brilliant
