Bidra med feedbackNever happy with this particular Papa Gino 's location and it is my favorite cheese pizza. They always get something wrong, this last time they texted when to expect delivery, I waited out in front in cool rain because my address is hard, they were 22minutes late (but the driver was apologetic and pleasant) and the pizza was cold. Their cheese pizza is not the same as anyother Papa Gino 's cheese pizza I 've ever had either. It isn 't my absolute favorite cheese pizza I was giving this site onemore try but can not do it again.
Handsome man upfront with the glasses works very hard. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy.
Pre-ordered pizza at 6pm for a 745pm delivery. At 8pm, when there was still not update on order arrival I called and the manager said the driver was right down the street and should be there any minute. At 830pm the pizza was still not there, I triedremaining patient through this and give them time but at this point the food was almost an hour late and pre-ordered with morethan enough notice. I called again and was told the manager would call me back. In the meantime the driver finally arrived butthen because to question my son (a kid) on the total and wanted proof it was paid for (the receipts say this, have this all onmy ring camera). The manager called as the driver was still giving my son a difficult time at the door and I asked the managerwhat her problem was, he said he didn't know why she'd even ask any of this and shouldn't be. I was issued a refund for the foodbeing an hour late, and cold because...it was an HOUR late..but between that and the driver making son extremely uncomfortablefor no reason we are never ordering again. I was a weekly customer who always tipped driver $10 cash and you lost a solidcustomer. Do better.
Good pizza but $17.75 for lg cheese is ridiculous. Prob costs $3 bucks in food prep. Otherwise would give 5 star
Our family was set up for a delivery that was to take 30 to 40 minutes from Papa Geno's on Pond St. Store #1162. 1 1/2 later we called Papa Gino's concerned about our order that hadn't arrived at home. Minutes later, I believe her to be the supervisor, hername was Ashley. she apologized for the delay. They remade our order Ashley refunded me in full which was over 71.00 I, alongwith my family we're amazed with the above beyond superb customer service we received from Ashley staff due to misplacementof our first order.????????
