Dunkin' - Weymouth

This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. My order is always missing something, and the wait in the drive-thru is ridiculous. I waited 30 minutes just to pull up to the window, only to be told they didn't have what I ordered.

I have had a frustrating experience at this location every time I visit. I decided to try ordering online this time, getting an egg and cheese on an English muffin along with a drink. I arrived 15 minutes after placing my order, only to be given a sausage, egg, and cheese on rye instead. Why would you put the wrong sandwich next to my drink and not include any hash browns? The sandwich I received was ice cold, not even warm, and looked incredibly messy. This place really needs to improve their service.

This place is disgusting. I found a fly in my coffee, and I’m never coming back.

I will never go back here they messed up everything and then got mad at me. The lady rolled her eyes at me and then decided to go to the guy that was working with her complaining about me. I got a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade that’s what the paper on the cup said and she was insisting it said green tea which it didn’t then when i ordered I asked for my hot coffee in a large cup so it would spill in the car but when she made it i asked her that’s when she started the eye rolling and talking about me when I was still there there were two boys working there most of the time i was there they barely did a thing and it took longer than it should have. I don’t recommend going here.

Even though this Dunkin 's outlet is part of a gas station, you 'll find all the usual items you 've come to expect: bland coffee, empty processed donuts and baked goods, and ultra zapped hot items. Service at the drive thru was efficient, and if you 're addicted to their mobile app with all its bonus points and discounts, a big, sugary cup of iced coffee sure comes in handy on a hot, muggy summer day.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin ' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off center, tackily slanted action shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.
