Bidra med feedbackLet me begin by saying that the waiter was amazing. Simone was such a nice guy. The food was great as well as the dessert and green tea shots. My family of 16 had an amazing time for our family members' birthday 10 of 10 recommend each. Thank you for everything.
I came here for my best friends birthday dinners. My sister found this great place. We started with Korean chicken wings. They were crispy outside and delicate inside as a good chicken wing should be. The flavors were so delicious. We also ordered Guksu. These are spicy glass noodles. I personally didn't like her. I found her soggy and tasteless, but my bestie enjoyed her. We all have escaped the Korean BBQ. We have ordered and divided another meat. Pig bell, lobster and boggi. I didn't try the Pb because I don't like it, but the others said it was delicious. I had lobster and Bulgogi, both were delicious. All the small pages they served with our ducks were so good. I love all the options. They also have salad to make salad packs and wow they were delicious. The restaurant is beautiful and the service is amazing. It's like you don't have a server, everyone takes care of you and makes sure you have everything you need. It was an incredible experience and one of the best nights. We will definitely come back.
Cucumber martini was delicious, but it loves song martini was really good. Restaurant is too pricy tho even after using Groupon for $40 Bucks off, all the food (all shown in photos) had been up to $80 dollars with the deal this food would have been $120 tax. The food wasn't even so good. Recommended for the landscape while you have drinks. Not for dinner.
I use an optical shop right around the corner of this place. I always saw the Southport location, but I had no idea there was a difference. Westports location specializes in Korean BBQ, while Southport specializes in more noodle dishes. I found it interesting in the face of this hidden situation. I stopped an afternoon for lunch and was not disappointed. Now I had Korean BBQ in NYC and I would say that is very close. I admit the pages are all delicious and never end. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive during lunchtime. We ordered the Bulgogi and the pig belly and it was a great combination. I enjoy sitting on our hot tip, with little to no exhaust over you, as your food cooked. We finished things with their fried ice cream, which is very tasty and filled with crispy tempura. I recommend meeting this place for a late lunch before dinner. I can see it is packed after 5:00. If you're in the area, give Wafu Westport a shot. You will not be disappointed!!
With the only place that served Korean bbq, it?s doable but don?t have high expectation on being something similar to the city. It?s not a place where they change the grill plate, not a place where you cook all the meat, expect a mixture of Korean style and restaurant service. The selection of meat was fine, definitely thick in cut thus taking a while to cook the meats. The side dishes were extremely good, yes, those simple side dishes. As the meat were thick you could expect the waitress to hang out with you more. What I didn?t like was ordering pork belly for grilling and they decided to cook it in the back, 25-30 charge for that as we had three meats on the table already, that was disappointing. Like I said, can?t compare if you been to a Korean bbq place, but it doable for going to try it.
