Dunkin' - Westminster

This is my spot to go for iced coffee. The workers are great. Coffee always comes out great.

Save your sanity and your time and do not go here!! They literally had almost no donuts, and we ordered 4 drinks and every one of them was wrong. Not even sure how someone can manage that? Service was horrible, place was dirty.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. They get our orders wrong every single time. This time we had our orders wrong and got chai spilt all over me because the lid that was given was not fitted onto the cup. We waited at the window to get napkins for over 5 minutes. Safe to say the girls working don’t ever care about their job and give the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

This Dunkin is not it… as someone who who grew up having Dunkin as a kid in the east coast there’s something to compare.. every time I go to this location they can’t make my drink right and I asked for a charli cold brew instead she just handed me a cold brew with nothing else! Management needs to do something or else you’re losing a lot of customers.. really disappointing

This Dunkin' location is quite disappointing, and the staff is unfriendly. The place is often understaffed, with only two employees working at a time. I really dislike coming here.
