Very nice place enjoy the weekend and watch out for the gorillas in the bathtob but Santa come to visit me and the gorilla in the bath tub it was really nice and then we all chllid in the bath

This hotel is fantastic. My family and I frequently visit to recharge and relax. The spa services are wonderful, the gluten-free options are delicious, and the service is top tier! While everyone is great, this weekend experience was made so special by Liz at the Spa and Josh Duran. I look forward to next time!Rooms: The rooms are clean, luxurious and well thought out. There is also an incredible view of mountains and a pond with an waterfall at the hotel.Safety: I feel very safe at this hotel.Food drinks: Great food and drinks. Even as someone with gluten and nut allergies, I always have several delicious options here!

Came here for a short stay on our way to Napa for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. From “hello” the customer service and attention to detail has been Stellar!!!! Josh the manager and the front desk team have been extremely helpful. Henry brought tea to my room, I wasn’t feeling well and he was so very kind and helpful. I really don’t want to leave, everyone has been amazing, helpful and friendly. Oh, and the Spa.. par excel-lance . This will be the venue for my “girls trip” real soon!!! Can’t leave out the valet team…. Smiles and great service as well!!Rooms: Well appointed, spotless, very comfortable bed, relaxing bath tub, great shower. Spacious.Noteworthy details: Made me feel welcome and special. Super nice. Beautiful decor. Great views. Attention to detail.

I've never been to a place with better service. I felt pampered and indulged by everyone through the entire experience.The room service was notably good.

I have the opportunity to stay for a few days. The hotel, like any other Four Seasons it’s clean, the personal is super helpful, parking is free, there are restaurants in the hotel, pool, kid’s amenities, and a beautiful garden. I’ll only give 4 starts for the services, but I mean for the food restaurant located at the entrance. They serve breakfast there and dinner. The food need improvement as well as the services and prices. The other restaurant, a sushi restaurant, it’s great and the sushi is fresh. Overall, while you around westlake city it worth to visit it or stay over night.Rooms: Clean, beautiful decoration, great beds, all you need from a hotel room.Nearby activities: I’m not sure about activities nearby.Safety: Super safe.Walkability: It’s a garage here, right outside the hotel but still on the hotel premises.Food drinks: The coffee shop on the entrance is great. Same the sushi restaurant serves fresh food.
