Bidra med feedbackOn February 5th, I placed an order with Cheryl's for 2 boxes of Valentine's Day cookies for my 2 grandchildren (same address, total order of $74.99). It was supposed to be a surprise gift for them. However, on February 18th (4 days after Valentine's Day), I received an email from Cheryl's stating that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. I then placed two new orders for my grandchildren. On February 19th, a credit of $37.48 was posted to my AMEX account. I called Cheryl's customer service today (after 2 hang-ups and a 30-minute wait) to inquire about the missing refund and was told that 1 box of cookies was on its way. They could not explain why I was initially told the order was cancelled due to lack of delivery, only to then receive half of the order. I am very disappointed with Cheryl's service. Jean D. Flynn
I haven't been to the place, but I did try to order a product online. It was advertised as being on sale and they wouldn't sell it to me at the sale price. The agent I spoke with said a manager wasn't available and that the product wasn't on sale. I took a picture of the ad on their website and offered to send it, but they still refused. Very disappointed, especially since I order so much from Cheryl's.

Through Cheryl's, I ordered three containers of cookies and other desserts as a thank-you gift for my cats' veterinarian office. I paid extra to have the products delivered on a specific day, and the delivery occurred perfectly on time. The vet employees really appreciated and enjoyed the cookies, pretzels, brownies, chocolates, and candies. The box, tin, and pail had the cutest designs. Prices were a little high.
Soft moist and simply delicious with every bite of joy thank them all the way out of California
