5 days shipping is actually a month?! we've been ordering for 10 years. I'm so angry. we placed our order on the 10th march. the representative was very hard to understand and she couldn't understand me. the superior refused to talk to me. the st. patricks Day cookies we ordered for a birthday have not even been sent. When did we ask how long we have to wait until april?! they took our money on the same day and 5 days sent is actually a month?! I asked for a refund that was taken again forever because this poor woman could hardly understand English. what kind of business employs people who refuse to support customers? this firma really went down the drain.
On February 5th, I placed an order with Cheryl's for 2 boxes of Valentine's Day cookies for my 2 grandchildren (same address, total order of $74.99). It was supposed to be a surprise gift for them. However, on February 18th (4 days after Valentine's Day), I received an email from Cheryl's stating that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. I then placed two new orders for my grandchildren. On February 19th, a credit of $37.48 was posted to my AMEX account. I called Cheryl's customer service today (after 2 hang-ups and a 30-minute wait) to inquire about the missing refund and was told that 1 box of cookies was on its way. They could not explain why I was initially told the order was cancelled due to lack of delivery, only to then receive half of the order. I am very disappointed with Cheryl's service. Jean D. Flynn
Get ready to be let down. I visit this restaurant multiple times per year. Out of nowhere, the cookies have shrunk in size! This really irritates me, as if nobody will notice???? Just maintain the cookies at the same size and charge whatever you need to charge. Allow the customer to determine if they can afford it. But don't disrespect our intelligence!
I haven't been to the place, but I did try to order a product online. It was advertised as being on sale and they wouldn't sell it to me at the sale price. The agent I spoke with said a manager wasn't available and that the product wasn't on sale. I took a picture of the ad on their website and offered to send it, but they still refused. Very disappointed, especially since I order so much from Cheryl's.
