Carvel - Westbury

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, even making the trip from Muttontown. The cakes are always beautifully decorated and fresh. They also offer specials on flying saucers, with a buy 2 get 1 free deal. The staff is consistently helpful and courteous. Some may find the prices a bit high, but in comparison to other Carvel locations, the quality of ice cream here is superior.

Such an unpleasant local establishment! Never greeted with a warm, hello or appreciative. Thank you for giving them business. To top it off, the way draws on your cake like a four-year-old.

This Carvel location is a ripoff compared to others I have been to. I will not be dining here again.

Carvel is a popular favorite, with a dedicated following of fans. I always make sure to visit at least once a year, and there is always a long line because it is so popular.

This is one of the dirtiest carvel chains I’ve seen. Broken down machines, dirty floors and counters were a disaster. The staff was very inattentive and seemed to be more amused with their visiting friends than take care of customers. Milkshake for my wife was basically just milk.
