Dunkin' - WESTBOROUGH

Last week i came here 15 mins before closing, out of iced coffee... alright. No biggie. Today, same time, no response at the speaker. Pull up to the window hollering hello? Nothing. An online order sitting in the window that was slightly open. Cool. Put the last order at the window and refuse the rest so you 're walking out at exactly 5 right? Smh

They always mess something up on my order. I drove there today just to get my daughter a bacon egg and cheese wrap and they didn’t even give it to us. Not the first time I’ve paid for something and they don’t give it to me.

Don’t try to order from them, they will cancel your order after you wait almost an hour

Every time I order a French vanilla swirl cream only at Dunkin', it seems impossible for them to understand. Despite this being a common issue at every Dunkin' location, it's frustrating. Just to clarify, when I ask for French vanilla swirl cream only, I mean regular coffee with cream but no sugar. If I wanted plain coffee with cream, I wouldn't begin by specifying French vanilla swirl.

Every time I order a French vanilla swirl cream only from Dunkin' Donuts, it seems like they struggle to understand that it simply means regular coffee with cream and no sugar. It's frustrating that every Dunkin' location I visit makes this mistake. If I wanted just regular coffee with cream, I wouldn't bother specifying French vanilla swirl. I would simply ask for regular coffee with cream.
