Applebee's Grill And Westampton

I was super nervous about an upcoming job interview, so I went to a place that always had good memories for me... I wasn't disappointed. My waitress was super brilliant and extra sweet for me. It really helped calm my nerves and make me ready to compete the world!

Don't know blame the waitress or management. But the night we went the temp outside was cool and so we and most of the other customers were dress with light clothing. I asked her if she could maybe shut off the AC for about 30 min or so because it was cold, she said no right away I mentioned how if she didn't notice everyone was either in fleece jackets that they step out to there cars to get. It didn't matter, now to the service slow and lacking. I asked her if she could get me a cake and maybe sing happy birthday to my mother in law and she said they don't do that anymore company policy. She then took 15 min for the dessert. Not the best experience

I was in the area shopping I decided to stop in and have lunch. I probably haven?t been to this Applebee?s in about 5 years, long before the COVID times. It was around 12:15pm on a Wednesday and the place was empty, so I felt very safe to dine in. Everything seemed to be clean. Prices are also still very reasonable. I love Chicken Tortilla Soup and this one was quite good, especially for 280 calories per cup. My Fiesta Lime Chicken entree (1,170 calories) was also very tasty. Not a gourmet dinner, but still pretty good as a lunchtime meal. I had a little more room for a small desert. They smallest, lowest in calories desert was a good Brownie Bite (340 calories), a nice way to finish a meal. Especially since this would be my combination lunch dinner for the day.

It's been a long time since I had that from Applebee. Food is still very good and cheap. I need to remember not sitting at the door in winter. Brrr. Server was very nice and friendly. Food was fast, warm and delicious!

The food was good and the staff was due even if it was short. They were one of the few restaurants that still offer a free meal for veterans
