Bidra med feedbackWhile exploring Chinatown, My sister and I stumbled upon this Ramen shop and decided to give it a try. It's challenging to find quality ramen, but this place exceeded my expectations. We began with the delicious bao buns and karaage, which were simply fantastic. The ramen we ordered was outstanding. I opted for the signature pork bone soup with flavorful roast pork (charshu), complemented by a perfectly soft-boiled egg. The presentation was impressive, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this spot when you're in the area!
We were delighted to find an authentic ramen noodle shop. This was close to the train station as we were returning from NYC, and even though it was a busy dinner hour they managed to find a table for 2 with no waiting. This is definitely a hot spot with the locals. I had the spicy ramen, and on a heat scale of 1 to 10, a 6 is considered normal and was sufficient to make my brow sweat. The broth flavor was wonderful and the heritage Berkshire pork melted in my mouth. It was wonderful. The service was very attentive as they all work as a team. I highly recommend.
3.5 but i'll round up. Super friendly staff and the food came out quick which we greatly appreciated with 3 hungry children. We ordered the signature ramen and the spicy and both were good. The spicy was my favorite, such a unique spice, different from your typical spicy ramen. The signature ramen was good but not as rich as it looked. The broth was a little thin, but the flavor was still good. the kids absolutely loved it and downed their portions, but it wasn't the absolute best I've ever had. Still, good enough that if i was ever in the area again, I'd happily come back. All in all, a great experience with decent food. Not the best ramen i've ever had, but better than some others. Great service, super clean restaurant, perfect meal after an exhausting day taking kids out.

My friends wanted me to come here and give this restaurant a try since they like eating at this restaurant. The staff: They greeted us upon entering the restaurant and sat us at our table in less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly but did not ask if it was our first time at this restaurant. Takoyaki: It has enough taste on the outside but not enough of the squid inside of the ball. I ate one with no squid in it at all and it was all dough. They should have placed the squid evenly throughout the Takoyaki.Pork Bao: It has enough taste, but the lettuce throws off the taste effect of the bao. Karaage Chicken: The outside is lightly fried and isn't fried to perfection like other restaurants. It is a bit bland and could use more taste on its own. Maybe that is why they give you the sauce on the side. Miso Ramen: The noodles were cooked to perfection like other ramen shops. The pork has taste and was cooked well. The soup had a hint of miso taste only but could use a little more work. Overall: This was an average experience, and it isn't worth the 45-minute drive for lunch. It is not a bad ramen shop for people that live nearby but it isn't worth it if you live up North.
