Teriyaki Grill - West Valley City

The only reason I put a three star review is because they expect you to tip before you even have their food or anything. They don’t even wait on you at tables or clean up after you really. I’m afraid not to leave a tip because they might spit in my food. I really love their food but I don’t think I’m gonna go anymore?

The food was fantastic. The service was great and it was a very clean establishment.

Very good. The person taking the orders is very nice. They are very fast.

The place has just about everything for a successful business: good food, good service, and a decent, but empty, atmosphere. There really weren 't any customers in there compared to the other places next to it like Firehouse Subs and Cafe Río. We were the only ones in the dining room at 6p on a Thursday night. Maybe the food costs? All decent meals are at least $11.99 each. We bought three salads, and with tax, it came to $41.10. I couldn 't afford a tip. They encourage you to pay a tip of 15%, 20%, or 25%. Had I paid a 25% tip, we could have paid $50 for 3 salads. Yeah, this isn 't going to be a future go to place.

Food was delicious, portion sizes were huge (couldn 't even finish the little size), and the food was ready extremely fast.
