When it came to serving customers, her lack of effort was evident. I ordered a burrito with "extra chicken," but it was painfully clear that she was quite stingy with the meat. In fact, as she passed my burrito to an older lady, that lady had to pile on a lot of lettuce and corn just to make it look more presentable—that burrito was definitely not up to standard. In summary, I cannot recommend this restaurant. It's disappointing to support a place that exhibits such a lack of consideration for its customers.
I was quite let down by my meal. The chicken dish I ordered was overwhelmed by sour cream and appeared poorly mixed, which was disappointing. They also forgot to bring my juice bottle. The chips were tasteless and lacked any seasoning, and the guacamole had no flavor whatsoever. I think the management needs to invest more time in properly training their staff on food preparation. We depend on the kitchen to provide us with the meals we expect, but this experience did not live up to that standard. I won't continue to order if my requests aren't met. I believe it's important for customers to be able to speak directly with the manager about their concerns rather than just sending emails. I hope you take steps to improve your standards. Thank you.

My chicken bowl was excessively topped with sour cream, and it seemed like everything had been mixed together without any consideration for my preferences. To make matters worse, they forgot my juice. The chips were tasteless and needed salt, and the guacamole had no flavor whatsoever. I think the management needs to provide better training to the staff on how to prepare meals properly. As customers, we rely on those who prepare our food, and this isn't the first time I've encountered an issue like this. I won't continue to waste my time placing orders if I'm not going to receive what I requested. It would be helpful if customers could speak directly with a manager to address their complaints rather than just sending emails. I hope to see some improvements. Thank you!
