The Crest Room - West Springfield

This place could be on the smaller side for a restaurant and a bar, but the food is absolutely delicious! The wings are beautiful and crispy, especially with one of the dry rods. The Bbq and sandwiches are also great. The bartender and the total service are excellent! Very friendly people, look forward to going back:

Wonderful. I love the Dirty Bird Burger, it has everything I ever wanted in a sandwich. The homemade chips are also extremely good and a nice change from the usual frits. Great place to get close to a matinee at Majestic Theatre.

Burgers, tots, ribs, wings, Mac, cornbread, Bavarian pretzel, all very good. Mondays they have music bingo which is pretty fun. Polite staff, nice tasty bbq flavor on the food. Tiny dine in area.

We ordered 1 baked fish lunch and a fish sandwich with a side, then a small salad no onions to go $32). After picking the food up and bringing it home the baked fish lunch was fun, unlike the fish sandwich. The roll was burnt and hard, the fish looked like 2 chicken nuggets that were left in the fryer too long. I immediately called and told them I was bringing it back untouched, IT WAS NOT EDIBLE. The bartender/waitress RUDELY told me the manager wasn't there and she couldn't do anything? When U got there the manager was there, she was pleasant and rectified the problem with a new meal. Anyone could see how disgusting it was. I will NEVER GO BACK BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY ORDER, TOOK MY MONEY, WAS SO RUDE ON THE PHONE AND WHEN I WALKED IN! I don't mind paying inflated prices, or going to pick it up, but at least cook it correctly and be pleasant. My advise there are better places around, go elsewhere.

I stopped in a Monday night and got to play music bingo with Larry. I had the special meat loaf sandwich. Emily was at the bar and knew the menu very well, she was very nice. It was not very crowded. The food was excellent and only $8 which came with a side. I hope to go again next Monday. The mens bathroom has a cool urinal made out of a half keg.Parking: Plenty of off street parking on my visit.
