Bidra med feedbackThis has been my best food discovery since I moved to Jurong two years ago. After an uneventful but tiring walk on a humid morning, seeing Fusion Spoon was a real morale boost for us. However, we didn’t want to get our hopes up too much as we approached; the exterior had a somewhat 'rural' look. Once inside, the refreshing cold air conditioning was a welcome relief. The two self-ordering kiosks gave us high hopes, and then our food arrived faster than we expected—and it was VERY GOOD. My daughter’s fish and chips were crispy and satisfying, my wife’s pasta was perfectly cooked and came in a generous portion, and my beef kway teow was the best I’ve had in years. The cheesy wedges were served piping hot and tasted delicious. The service was also prompt. I suspect there’s a Hainanese chef in the kitchen! So, why only 4 stars? I typically reserve 3 stars for satisfactory meals and give 4 stars for very good ones. We will definitely be returning!
We visited a pleasant air-conditioned food court after a long walk in Jurong Lake Gardens. The food is affordable and the air conditioning is impressively strong. There’s a wide variety of cuisines available, from pizzas and Japanese rice bowls to laksa and rendang, along with the typical Western options like chicken chop and fish and chips. I particularly enjoyed the laksa, chicken chop, and beef rendang. You can order through touch screen machines, pay by credit card, and then collect your food. I would definitely consider dining here again after a good hike!
The food wasn't great before COVID, and I returned yesterday to find that it still hasn't improved.
