I came here and the employee didn't even welcomed us with a smile she was just staring at us. She didn't even gave me the receipt her body language was rude. Even while giving my order she just threw the bag on the table.Worst

I ordered the crunch wrap supreme with Xtra meat 1.00) add green sauce .25) for a total of $8.22 needless to say when I returned home there was NO Xtra meat NO green sauce and NO sour cream upon returning to make it right the evil, miserable Mexican mgr. Was rude and nasty first suggesting I didn 't order that then when I produced the receipt she says, oh, yeah it 's right because I made it I showed her ALL the red sauce inside she continued to stick to her lie, then when I asked for a refund, she only refunded$6.60 saying that 's all I paid for the items when I told her to look at my receipt! The place was empty as heck!! Should have been a clue) needless to say I will not be returning to this Taco Bell location. A 3 star rating is too good for this place

The customer service is below zero. I waited for more than 20 minutes even they were not busy.

Today, was the best experience I have ever had at Taco Bell and it was all because of a great associate named Alma!!!! She was extremely sweet, polite, and patient while having a bright smile upon her face. I normally go to the TacoBell closer to my house, but because of Alma, I will drive the extra 10mins. It is worth it.
