Five Guys - West Sacramento

Expensive but the food is good. A little greasy is why I didn't give it 5 stars otherwise it was good.

I decided to give this place another chance to see if i could rate it differently and to see if the experience would improved this time. I've never been this upset about buying a burger. 14$ for a bacon cheeseburger with no fries and drink included is insane. The burger was bland and tasted very similar to what I would make at home, what a huge disappointment. After retrying this place to be sure to give it another chance, I won't get 5 Guys ever again. No place should ever charge these prices for a single burger.

Never got my food and they didn’t refund me my money terrible service

This is the best fast food place I honestly never been here before this is my first time. A friend of mine took me here. And I think I'm in love with this place. They make the best food you can customize your food. Add different stuff to your food. They have the best customer service. And its also really clean inside, if you are looking for a quick bite to eat or take your your girl or maybe your family this would be the best place 5* rating

Came here on a Friday night with my family. It wasn't busy at all. Our cashier was very nice and friendly and promptly took our order. The food was ready in about 10 minutes from placing our order. It was absolutely delicious and fresh tasting. Which I was surprised because I had a bad experience with a five guys maybe like 9 years ago and I hadn't gone back. But they've changed a lot since then and it was delish. The staff here is very young but pleasant. There is a woman here who I believe is management. She is wonderful and holds her staff accountable and seems so supportive. The only reason I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because for it not being very busy, not one member came out to clean up the eating area. It wasn't terrible but a few of the tables were dirty and there was fries all over the floor. Otherwise, it was pretty well kept. I don't live near this location but I would 10/10 visit this location again in the future.
