Bidra med feedbackGreat food. Great service. The waitress was a little quick to push us out of the door.
My friends and I were in West Plains during the storms and flooding on 4/29/17. We had been at the OzCon convention at the civic center when the flood had us evacuating the center. On our way trying to get back to our hotel, we needed to grab some food. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told the kitchen was closed so that the cooks may try to get home. We noticed that the salad bar was still out. We asked if we could possibly eat off the garden bar. The waitresses and waiters were so gracious and told us we were welcome to come in and wait out the storm. The manager was very accommodating and allowed us to eat some food even though they were technically closed. The employees were all super nice and sat with us. We had a great conversation. Half way through our stay, the electricity went out. We were invited to stay as long as needed. As the rain let up for about 10 minutes we decided to brace the storm to get to our hotel. As we were leaving the manager and staff wished us a safe trip. They made 3 very hunger soaked people in costumes feel welcomed. Courtesy and kindness was all we felt during our dining experience. Thank you staff of Ruby Tuesdays West Plains.
Jami gave us perfect service on Valentine's Day, while keeping up with who knows how many other tables, one of which was an 8 top of high school students! And the food was great, but perfect service rules the day in my book! Thanks Jami!
Our food was very good. The Seafood was worth going back again.
Spectacular lunch with my bestie at a restaurant we had not visited before. *The flies would be my only complaint I am used to them but not fond. Our server was good, the food was absolutely delicious. We were blown away by the Mac N Cheese. The Philly Cheese Steak is the best I have had. Daughter described the mushrooms on the sandwich, they take your taste buds on a ride
