Bidra med feedbackI’ve been visiting this local Dunkin' for many years. Today, I had a decaf iced latte as part of the $2 afternoon special. I paid using my app and earned points toward a free drink.
I visited Coffee and noticed that there were some really attractive people there. However, I had to repeat my order several times before it was taken correctly. Perhaps that was just my experience.
This location could really benefit from a complete staff overhaul, as the employees here clearly don't enjoy their jobs. Their lack of enthusiasm is evident in their poor customer service, which is almost nonexistent. I respond to them with the same energy they give me. That said, my order has always been accurate.
My wife and I visited Dunkin' and had a disappointing experience. The staff treated us poorly, and our drinks were made incorrectly. Additionally, the way the lady handled the payment was unprofessional. When we requested a refund, she informed me that only the manager could process it and was quite rude throughout the interaction. After we left, she even locked the door as if we were the issue. This video captures everything perfectly.
I ordered online from this restaurant for the first time and went to the pickup window since there was no line. The woman at the window had her back to me and ignored me for a few minutes. Eventually, she turned around and told me to indicate on the order screen that I had an online order. After she left, she came back to reprimand me, saying I should wait a bit longer next time because they only receive the order on their end. I didn’t expect my order to be ready in just two minutes; it would have been easier if she had just asked me to step forward instead.
