I love Dunkin Donuts espresso make it a double and the service is always with a smile

The customer service is horrible and they don't do their job right. The place also smells like they've been smoking. 100% do not recommend

Worst place service is so bad. only two people work, no moving and driving through only two cars. they could not even take our order. there was only one person in front of me and he waited more time than me. this place has deteriorated in the course of time. the two workers looked so lazy. you would come forward and say nothing that she would inferior us. You really have to be better. this place is really fucking.

ALWAYS order caramel in my coffee. 2 mornings in a ROW no caramel!!!! Dad. Service used to be good. Can’t get my money anymore.

Cheap Dunkin, I will go to other one near here. Ordered donuts and they give to me 2 stuffed in bagel baggy? Also, usually dunkin has good Dasani type bottled water and this has bottom shelf bottled water over priced.(Zephyr Hills water tastes like mud. Also I asked for extra whole milk coffee dark as hell.
