Visited this facility 8/30/22, after 2pm. the older dame in the window was extremely rude and evil. my order was placed at the drive thru intercom, where I placed my order and asked for bbq sauce, they told me to drive around. Once I got into the window, I paid and got my lunch. I checked my bag as I always realized that there were 6 packages of ketchup. I waited for the window where the dame stood, drinking for about 2 minutes; She knew I was still there and didn't realize I wasn't going away. When she opened the window, I told her I asked for Bbq sauce and she said I could give you one. I asked for another and she said, no, I can't give you because you don't have nuggets, there are 27 cents, and I said it's good because I don't mind paying for it. but she didn't want to give me an extra sauce because I had no nuggets. when I got the change she continued to make wise remarks that a customer told another worker was crazy because they had to pay for the sauce. When I told her 30 cents and her told her to keep the change, I told her no one who pays for everything they are informed, she was upset because someone who had thought to want different odds, except the 6 ketchup packages I did not ask. she never mentioned the extra cost and even though I asked that the sauce not be in my pocket instead of costing me about the one that wasn't a problem, she got a posture and said no she didn't give me because I didn't nuggets. the individual was rude and needs better customer service, and as recommended for this franchise, I recommend that the employee mainly live in the world, in the psychic health at high alarm level, they do not know what the people are going through or who could snap. I was calm about the situation, but it was unnecessary. also for a company to take on customers too proud that they should go their way, there should be an acceptance of what conditions I want, ie the last of ketchup also given that a certain seasoning should be given with certain meal times and the cost should be given instead assumed that we pay for them and then talk about customers while they 're totally unprofessional. They play games, annoying ran business and personal. joke to make inside they wait (no sweat 22 min) to order on the drive-thru. between the dame before me and me 22 min. we were also the only ones in the drive thru . absolutely müll, sad is that I like bk, but my worst enemy would not send here.
The service was slow, and we have waited for 30 minutes for food that should be fresh. we were the only car in the line and we had to show them our voucher after another 5 minutes waiting. you could call this fast food I call this slow food.
My order was wrong, the French toast was hard and cold, I ordered an egg cheese croissant and I got meat and cheese... When I called them to let them know, no one answered the phone. I won't be going back to this location. Worst $7 I ever spent.
