I ordered from the app, and the driver who was to deliver my food did not follow directions so I did not find food until it had been sitting in the sun for over an hour. When I called Theresa and a staff member went above and beyond to help me, even when I got frustrated and upset . Grace under pressure ladies !! Bravo
My experience was horrible bad old food , bread was old from previous day spinach really old and rotten , churro was hard as a rock lettuce was not fresh . When I nicely asked an employee name Jaqueline to exchange the churro she give me excuses , and start telling me I’m supposed to eat the churro immediately so it’s fresh . When I got the replacement was the same hard from inside and dark bitter taste . The she stared saying something I didn’t understood and I told her it’s not just the churro , the food I eaten but I’m just pointing that was not good and she got mad I asked for her manager , she said I’m wrong and if I want to complain go ahead and file a complain
Pathetic. Overall.The girl at the counter couldn’t speak any English at all. The other girl had to translate every item we asked to her and Ben then she kept making mistakes.Eventually both of them did make more than one mistake in the order we ended up placing, by then we were so fed up that we just ignored the whole thing and let it be.Never again though.
The service was horrible. As I placed my order the two girls with braces kept looking at each other and speaking in Spanish and laughing. I kept having to repeat what I wanted. They seemed annoyed that I was even ordering food. Everything was a bother. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the second time that they did this. I didn’t even order my food anymore. I just told them to continue making the order for my son. They made my stomach sick.
As per usual good food and fresh. The staff was pleasant and the service was fast.
