Excellent, personable, attentive staff, who felt very comfortable, welcome and appreciated. Not much pure tea in the shop, usually mixtures that look more like trail mix or confetti than tea. All instructions for brewing tea are given in proprietary measurements — perfect spoons that require you to buy a special spoon from their business. According to one page I found 1 perfect spoon equals 2.5 teaspoons. It was a pain to transform all directions into normal measurements. There were no directions for eastern style brewing ever given (where you have tea more than once steep but for shorter periods). I would rate the staff as 5/5, but the company as 2/5. I set the overall rating as 4/5 because I was so impressed by the staff. It's rare that I feel a place so much better than when I came in.

The staff was very welcoming as they smiled and greeted when I came in and helped me with everything I needed. They have a wide range of flavors and other products. The tea itself tastes great and is good value.

I had such a friendly experience here that I had to learn the names of the workers so I could thank them accordingly. Drew and Natalie were great sales partners who went through the process of tea brewing with a special filter and were also fully aware of the variety of teas in the store. Great experience. Very impressive!

A couple of years ago came to a whim here and now it's a must to go whenever I go to the Palisades Mall. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I stop. It's like a designer teashop. I was not misdirected by any suggestions that the staff gave me when trying to make a new taste. You have to try this place, even if you're not big enough to drink tea.

Best shopping experience! Captain Kirk Mike were an incredible and knowledgeable and so very friendly. I'm a new tea drinker and I feel totally equipped now to enjoy my new beverage choices.
