Bidra med feedbackI arrived at 1:12 PM no one was in line before me. It took 23 minutes to come take my order. While I'm waiting for my order which was a long time. A good 35 minutes I noticed trash and disinfectant all over front counter, empty pictures,dirty towels. I listed a picture of the disinfectant and my order taker that never once smiled.
Great food, long wait. We typically try to eat here once a month, but it seems like it takes forever in the drive through. Even after finally getting to the window to order (because the drive thru speaker is broken), I still had to pull over and wait for a while for my order.
I would love to give a higher rating because the food was quickly thrown together. Stellar in that regard. The only slight irritation I had was the annoyed reaction the drive through worker had on being handed a hundred dollar bill. As it was almost a 60 dollar order, and our lack of smaller bills, it felt reasonable to approach with that. Then being asked if we had anything else instead of just accepting it was not that enjoyable. Other than that was great.
Very clean my only problem is the drinks need a filter. The food was awesome it was hot and fresh. Last but not least I will come back because of their amazing manager and super nice staff. This was also my wife's first time eating fish in 15 years and it was a great experience for her as well. Two thumbs up Captain D's.
Employee didn't know how to take purchases from 2 debit cards. She kept voiding them out causing temp holds. Ended up leaving. Corrected my card and went elsewhere. Train....train....train!
