Einstein Bros. Bagels - West Melbourne

We have visited many times. The bagels are very good, some are a little too salty. The chocolate chip muffins are delicious. My favorite drink is the chocolate coffee shake.

Slowest drive through in the world. Go inside unless you got 30 minutes to kill. People get real feisty, waiting. Never enough everything bagels, always tell you after you order or have waited 25 minutes after. Prices ain’t cheap. Food usually correct.

Small and friendly. Bagels are almost as good as Panera's. Mostly take out. Parking could be better.

Placed order in app; app said i could make substitutions for my chai latte to be iced for example at store, told i couldnt. asked for them to simply warm up my cinnamon roll as i couldnt do it in the app, told i couldnt very strictly. i didnt come here to have the most inconvenient meal of all time like they couldnt even warm up a damn roll even starbucks will do it. and they even advertised served warm for their rolls on a sign in store. food as always was good but that kinda attitude from blond hair old ponytail lady was unnecessary
