The restaurant is situated in a trendy neighborhood. The atmosphere is impressive with its well-planned design. The cocktails are excellent, each with its own unique flair. The service is friendly and the music sets a great vibe. The food was enjoyable, but it's also a cool spot to simply grab drinks. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time for the bar, lounge, or restaurant.

When we finally got seated, we were not offered any drinks or an apology for the delay. The service fee was also added to our bill without any explanation. Despite the initial lack of respect, the food was excellent. However, we were seated at a table that was in a high traffic area and felt every time a staff member or customer walked by, we were in danger of being knocked into. After waiting a long time to order, we were informed that the pasta we wanted was no longer available, without any prior notice. This was very disappointing considering it was a highlighted item on the menu. To make matters worse, a female worker seemed to be overwhelmed and physically lashed out at some customers. This behavior was completely unacceptable and left us with a bitter taste in our mouths.

Please do not visit this restaurant. The entire experience was terrible. The service was extremely slow and the pizza was just average, as confirmed by TripAdvisor reviews. The interior was nice, similar to Efeu. I honestly love dining out, but I would not recommend this place. I had made a reservation for a birthday celebration and arrived early to set up some balloons on the table. However, I was told I couldn't do so because they were a safety hazard (even though they were weighted down). The birthday boy's sister had brought a homemade cake, but we were not allowed to cut or eat it unless we ordered more food. We were eventually allowed to sing and blow out the candles, but were told to put the cake back in its box and take it with us. We were also told we couldn't use their plates or cutlery to eat the cake because they don't sell it. Despite ordering a variety of food and drinks, we were not treated well by the manager. It was a disappointing experience at what could have been a lovely evening out.

Place is stunning eating is great, but the drinks not so much. for a cocktail only to find a hair in it, was made new, but after the hairs in the first I don't feel comfortable drinking it, was not offered a refund. bad and stairs were very dirty. service fee and tax is not added to the price. the bill went from here. definitiw the price not worth.

Booked weeks in advance. Turned up on time and got ignored by staff. Eventually seated minutes after booking time. I have never been to a restaurant where the staff made so little effort to attend to customers. There was only one member of staff that looked like they wanted to be there and that was the guy behind the bar. Pizza was good but didn't quite live up to the hype. None of the staff checked if we needed anything or wanted drinks and the bill took ages to come. They will really need to up their game if they expect to be a success. Manchester has so many great food offerings that nobody should put up with such appalling service.
