Hungry Jack's - West Launceston

The fries were delicious, the burgers were good, but the coffee was terrible. The service was good overall, and the staff were exceptional when they recently hosted a children's party.

I paid $10 for the driest burger I have ever eaten at this restaurant. The staff showed no interest in my experience and my order was handed to me without care. Many items on the menu were not available. It was a complete rip off. My friend even returned her order for a refund. Even McDonald's is better than this place. This restaurant needs to improve its service. I will not be returning.

The restaurant provides great service, friendly staff, and the usual high-quality food from Hungry Jacks. The "Diner Decor" creates a fun atmosphere for enjoying a meal or snack. However, despite the presence of many staff members, most tables and seats were covered in food scraps and crumbs, making it challenging for us to sit and eat. We visited before the dinner rush at 5pm, and hope that the lack of cleaning on this day was an unusual occurrence. It is advisable to check the seating conditions before ordering your food.

3.5 if I were allowed such precision. Fast food is fast food. It doesn't win accolades for health and nutrition, but at least I find the place better in this regard than other fast food outlets. You at least get lettuce and tomato on a sandwich (wake up McD and KFC! and you can substitute coffee for the soft drink at a reasonable cost to cut down on the sugar intake. For those who hail from outside Australia, this is the Australian subsidiary of Burger King International.

This is a great spot to meet up with friends, chat and enjoy your meal. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the menu contains lots of choices, and meals come out quick. OK they are cheap but SO SO TASTY!!! Come along enjoy!!
