Egyptian Cafe - West Lafayette

Charming, cozy, and filled with humor, this restaurant has a small setup with around 15 tables. Some tables come with comfortable padded benches, which add to the inviting atmosphere. A striking gypsy mural adorns one wall, while other walls are decorated with tapestries. The food is not only delicious but also authentically prepared and served promptly. The hookahs are lovely, and the flavored tobacco options are delightful. The menu is straightforward and easy to explore. I’m giving it four stars, mainly because the window seats can be quite chilly, and being on campus, it often attracts loud groups of people.

I ordered online through Uber Eats. My first experience was quite good. The paneer with sauce had a nice kick to it, but overall it was tasty.

The lamb sandwich is packed with a generous amount of flavorful lamb. It's absolutely delicious!
