I just started working here and the crew is AWESOME AND THE MANAGER IS AWESOME AS WELL THEFOOD

Employees in the morning are extremely rude, food is okay. I just don't enjoy getting screamed at for wanting a croissant at 8 in the morning

I just started working here, and the team is fantastic! The manager is great too, and the food is delicious.

The food is excellent and fresh, but the service could use some improvement, as it tends to be quite slow and orders aren't always accurate. I waited 23 minutes for a regular latte, which feels like quite a long time. I attempted to approach the counter several times, but unfortunately, no one seemed to notice. Eventually, the staff did recognize my wait and were kind enough to make my coffee.

I meet my friend here for lunch every Monday between classes. We always order the chicken Cadillac sandwich to split. My friend doesn't like honey mustard, but I do. We've repeatedly asked for honey mustard on the side through Grubhub, as it's the only way to place an order. Unfortunately, they've only fulfilled that request correctly about three times this semester. During my last order, I even wrote that I was begging them for it. Overall, their service can be slow, but the food is good. They just really need to pay more attention to the special instructions for orders.
