I couldn't check the subway website since I threw away my receipt, but I really hope someone in management sees this. I visited a very busy shop today and was served by a man named Xavier. Despite being the only one there with a brand new employee and a long line of customers, he remained calm and efficient. He skillfully trained his colleague while still ensuring that customers were assisted quickly and professionally. I noticed that he emphasized the importance of cleanliness and accuracy in orders. Additionally, he apologized to each customer for the wait, which left me incredibly impressed by his grace and courtesy. Whatever small amount he is paid, it is not enough. He deserves a raise or at least consideration for a promotion.
I was served by Xavier, who greeted me warmly and engaged me in a brief, friendly conversation. He efficiently made my sandwich while still taking the time to recommend some options. When I asked if he was the manager, he simply responded, “I just want the food to taste good and help people discover new things they might enjoy.” That’s some top-tier customer service right there! I ended up enjoying the best and most unique meatball sub I’ve ever had, and it was clear that Xavier’s enthusiasm for his job and his expertise played a big role in creating such a memorable sandwich experience.
The staff here is absolutely fantastic! The sandwich artists are incredible! Cory was exceptional—friendly, funny, and he crafted the most amazing wrap I've ever seen at a subway! This is definitely the best place to dine!
