Jim's Family Restaurant. - West Jordan

This would be classified as a mom and pop eatery. Very relaxed dining, big variety on the menu with a whole lot of comfort foods to sate your hunger. Not expensive by any means and pretty good sized portions, or maybe more than you are able to eat at one sitting. We had the Sunrise sandwich on wheat toast, Coffees, and a Jim's Breakfast with sausage and bacon, eggs over medium and pancakes. Everything was delicious. We had Soula that took care of us from the beginning to our departure. She kept our coffee filled without us even having to ask, food was brought out promptly, and she was just awesome and delivered some of the best service we have had. We will be back here with no hesitation. Update: We came for breakfast, were seated right away. No acknowledgement, another person was seated after us. The wait staff went over and took their drink order. Still no response from the wait staff, going on 5 minutes now. So we left and went somewhere else, the two times previous to this visit were great. But getting ignored is not good

My family and I had such a great experience here for dinner. The food was phenomenal!! All the staff was kind and helpful. We tried breakfast food, lunch food, and dinner food, and they all blew us away. They got us our food fast and we got so full! The scone was perfection and their beef melt was to die for! I recommend this place ten fold!!

Came for breakfast and found it packed with locals. Numerous times I heard you getting the usual . Friendly staff and good amount of food. We 're left full and happy. Would have liked a higher grade of syrup for the French Toast, but the flavor of the today was excellent. The breakfast potatoes we awesome and the bacon came out just the way we like it.

Was quick in and out got seated orderd and and food was delicious and out quick we just had something simple decided to have a little breakfast sandwich for dinner !! Sunrise Sandwich was just right ..

The service was horrible. 30 minutes before anyone came to the table at all. It just went down hill from there. Food service quality food, nothing to get even remotely excited about. Chicken fried steak was as dry and tough as a hockey puck. The worst part through all of this though was the $21 bill for coffee and chicken, fried steak and eggs. The price would be fine if the quality was there but it's not.
