I use for business lunches and personal dining at least 2 or 3 times a month. The staff other than Laurie who works Sunday Mondays only , is aloof, uncaring, and generally miserable. No smiles, no personality to make you feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food is decent although, they have cut back on adding a starch to their duck entree. The staff other than Laurie don't like happy hours 3-6 daily bc, the prices are low and many guests choose to fill up and not order dinner. Short sighted , bc every time we have ordered off of happy hour menu, we've ordered a full dinner, coffees, and soup. Attitude is the issue at Avert! Laurie has a great attitude and the rest of the wait staff has a lousy attitude. We've made an executive decision to drop Avert and their sister places Zohara , Treva) from our weekly dining out. Avert brought this on themselves. A shame
