Carmine's Pizzeria West Chester

I'm truly disappointed with my experience. The dish was poorly prepared and soggy, lacking any real effort in its presentation or taste. I had concerns about whether it had been altered before serving, so I chose not to eat it. I tried to speak with a manager about my experience, but it seems they may have left early after creating this meal. This is quite unacceptable, and you should really reconsider the standards you're upholding.

I was really looking forward to bringing my friends to this restaurant, as it used to be one of my favorite places from years ago. Unfortunately, I can't say I enjoyed it as much this time – it was just average. There weren't as many different types of pizzas available as there used to be. We ordered several varieties in hopes of having leftovers to take home, but ultimately, it was just mediocre. The atmosphere felt quite deserted, like a ghost town. The seats were all torn up with deep holes in them, which was disappointing. To add to the experience, they even got one of our orders wrong. I doubt any of us would make a special trip to return.

I can’t believe they charge $6 for a single slice of pizza! I was about to say no, but they had already handed it to me before I could refuse, so I ended up paying for it. To make matters worse, the pizza didn't even have any sauce on it. The service was okay, but I wasn't impressed with the food at all. Chris's Pizza on Walnut definitely does it better!

Recently tried their cheesesteak and it was phenomenal!! Hands down the best in West Chester. The staff was very friendly and quick with my order, I can’t believe I waited this long to try this place out! Highly recommend!

Went in the other day for an early dinner and had a great time. Never been in before but heard great things and it 100% lived up to its reputation. Service was great and fast, food was really good, will definitely be going back!!
