Fantastic service Great friendly staff But having to cue for a coffee, only one machine working very slowly, lots of people complaining staff trying their best. Wetherspoons seem to be running down these aged coffee machines, but whilst you do, you are loosing customers. I recommend this place highly if coffee machine works, if not head for your breakfast somewhere else

Awful. We know it's a Wetherspoons,and therefore an atmosphere vacuum already,but you would think that it'd be possible to get a pint that doesn't either taste of soap,metal,or some other horrible thing. I ook one back and the fella immediately offered me something else.so that's good. However, I disnt expect the second pint ro also taste off. Tennents is almost always reliable everywhere. Not in here. We had avoided Wetherspoons pubs all through covid on principle,ad rhe owener is a horrible man.we only went back in as the Counting House is obviously more expensive. We shouldn't have. If we do go back itl be bottles,cans or spirits only as the beer lines are not cleaned or looked after properly. Clearing the used plates from their beer garden is also far too rare,and massive seagulls are prowling and swooping for grub constantly. We have had food many times.decent,bad and indifferent. We know it's cheaper,but it should still be eatable/drinkable. Avoid. Unless you are desperate. Back in the beer garden along the street with a proper pint now.chesrs

Something has changed here, now on our 4th visit and each time food has been great but staff have also been amazing. Won’t lie over time it hasn’t been great here but keep doing what you’re doing guys as you are nailing it and beating your competition hands down. We will be coming back as not only do we know what we’re getting but we can afford you!! Recent local other restaurants are not matching the current financial crisis but their standards have dropped see you soon!!

I ate in here on Tuesday 16 August, and decided to go for a baked potato with tuna mayo. When it arrived rather a tad too quickly for my liking it was an average sized portion with an equally modest amount of filling. There was no margarine or butter on the potato to give it some moistness. I' gonna give this a place now used to be good but has rapidly gone downhill. My eatery of choice now is the superb Tikka Fusion Indian takeaway in Bellsmyre. Massive portions, tasty dishes, excellent value for money, great lively atmospheeand some of the best staff you could ever hope to meet.

We went to this pub restaurant for a quick bite only to find out the chef is not mastered the art of the microwave and over good everything including the Coke which was very watery in run down useless to say the least the charge like a wounded bull and you'll have to wait a long time for the service to so will not be returning in this lifetime
