Maria's Mexican Food - West Des Moines

I discovered this restaurant a few days ago and have already been back twice because it's amazing! I highly recommend it!

I just had the beef cheek taco and the diced beef taco, and they were amazing! I’ll definitely be having them again. Sam also brought me a torta, which I’m looking forward to trying later.

I truly adore this restaurant! The food is fantastic, the portion sizes are huge, and the service is top-notch! I ordered the Diablo burrito while my partner chose the Burrito Bravo. Both were gigantic and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend giving them a try—you won't be let down! Plus, they have a wide-ranging salsa bar with an array of salsas to pick from.

The shrimp tacos were beyond amazing but the other food tasted alot like abelardos. Over all the the food was great.

Really nice people. Amazing food and a lot of it at very reasonable prices. Plus the Douglas location is right in my neighborhood. So this will be a regular stop for me. Check it out. If you go away hungry it's your own fault.
