Culver's Ice Cream - West Des Moines

My wife and I have always enjoyed going to Culver's for their butter burgers. Unfortunately, this time the hamburger was overcooked, and it took about ten minutes to get our food through the drive-thru.

Each spring, Culver's features "fresh walleye" on their menu. I've waited in line to order the two-piece walleye dinner, which is fried with a light batter. Be sure to ask for extra sauce to enhance the dish!

I will never spend another cent at this restaurant. The wait in the drive-thru was absurd, which should have been our first warning. After waiting over 20 minutes for our order, we found out they had misplaced it! Nobody bothered to check in with us...

We stop at this location a lot. It is conveniently by I-235 and on our way home from work. The food is always fresh and hot.

Family of 4 ate here this past weekend. As is usually the case w/ Culvers the food was hot and fresh. Burgers here are some of the best around. Nice friendly staff.
