Bitez - West Covina

This is located on the second floor food court. They serve sliders and milkshakes and wings. I got a #3 combo with chicken, mushroom, and classic.The food was pretty good for fast food sliders! If you want to try a little bit of different cravings this would be a good place . Fries were crispy and deliciousThe service was amazing! Belen is a joy and made my experience better with her wonderful self. I have been to Bitez once before and they were also the one who helped me then. She's genuinely friendly and great!.

We just showed up to have dinner at 7 pm. We were told they are close, when online it clearly states they close at 8pm.

Best Roll Sandwiches (Hamburgers) I've Had in a While. The Root Beer I also got was the best tasting so far, Tho I do feel bad for the one worker cooking everyone's food there. 9.5/10

Music too loud obnoxious to other customers tryin to eat .

I ordered the 10 piece wings for my brother and he only received 9 wings. He noticed while he was eating and we showed them the plate with 9 wings. The cashier said no I’m sure I counted 10 and said she can check the cameras. After a while I asked again if she was able to check the cameras and said I’ll check in a bit. When we were leaving she said I don’t have time to check the cameras here’s is your wing after we are leaving and are done eating). I told her we didn’t want it anymore since we are done with our food and ready to leave). We don’t have time to be waiting for one wing either. But it’s unfair that we felt that she thought we would lie about something so simple as a wing. It’s only fair that you get what you paid for.
