Jumbo Pizza - West Chester

I've never had a bad meal from Jumbo. The quickest way is to order online and either pick up or get delivery. Delivery is very quick and the drivers are always kind and courteous. If you go in to order, there will be a bit of a wait, but it's a chill place to hang out while you wait, though it's very small. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pizza was tasty, crust was good and toppings were plentiful. Just beware even if you just get take out there is not a “no tip” option on the card pin pad, you have to manually put it in. Kind of got a dirty look from the cashier when I did not add a tip even though this was takeout I picked up. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This place has gone down hill and on top of that they started nickel and diming people for any little substitution or order change (upcharge to toast the bread on my sandwich are you serious? I understand costs are rising everywhere but c'mon.... Will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I recommend eating it very much on this pizza place! the pizza is super delicious that even my children love their pizza and they are super picky! the chicken wings are really delicious! they will not order wrong from here. I also love their specialties that they really have great offers. also the people who work there are super friendly!

I dont think the one guy even knew he was working, and the other guy cut the pizza wrong as it was requested for 12 slices and he sure didnt cut 12 resulting in having to wait for another pizza...
