Donatos Pizza - West Carrollton

The food at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered a 10-piece wing and only received 5. I asked for ranch and blue cheese but did not receive either. My food was rushed and my daughter's pizza had mushrooms on it, even though she does not eat mushrooms. Additionally, I requested ham on my pizza but did not receive it. This location is awful.

Ordered at 2:40, was told it would be delivered by 3:30. Called at 4 to find out the status and got disconnected 3 times. Finally they put me on hold and still sitting on hold after 20 mins and no pizza!

They delivered my order to the wrong house when I called them and asked where my order was cuz it was well passed when it was suppose to arrive. And they said they already remade my order and it was on it's way, it didn't arrive until about 20-30 minutes later. The West Carrollton Donatos has definitely gone downhill big time and I'm definitely not ordering from there ever again.

So I wanted something different besides Domino 's or Pizza Hut. Let 's try Donatos. I never had them before. They didn 't deliver to me so I had to drive to them.I should have checked before I left. I added 20% tip to get extra care making my food. What did I get? Well done, burnt pizza!! Didn 't get extra pepperoni on pizza or my extra sauce cups I ordered.Oh well, I 'll never order pizza from this company again.Calling the store doesn 't help too much either. They offered to remake, but I would have to go back and get it.I would have told the person, "I 'm sorry (never said), I 'll remake and send my driver to your address to make this right.Plus, the meatball side is not that outstanding.

Staff answering phones barely speak English and none of them know the area they service. Terrible experience all around. Hopefully you live somewhere they can
