Hong Kong Buffet - West branson

The service is good for a buffet and the atmosphere is nice, but the food is no longer good. For the last 4 years, every time we return to Branson, we eat here, and have been disappointed each time, because, for all of the years before that, it was our absolute favorite Chinese Buffet and then it started going downhill It's just not very good anymore, which is very sad. I hope they do some quality control and bring it back up to as it should be! I wish them well and hope they do!!

Always my go to place for cashew chicken whenever I'm in Branson. For many years. Did not have hot tea though. Seems weird.

My husband’s comment when the waiter asked how everything was… the ice is good. The biggest waste of money. The food was terrible. The food was hard, tough, cold and no flavor at all.

Though the buffet was not busy my husband and I weren't offered any refills for our refreshmens. Our empty plates were only collected one time. We seemed to be forgotten in the back area with the booths. Seemed like everyone in the main area was able to be served but my party and a couple of others in our section seemed to not get attention. All of the staff seemed to have attitude or seemed like they hated their job. I did not feel welcome. This is the first place in Branson I have gone that I have not liked. We will not be returning considering the quality of food, price, and service were not worth it.

Very filthy everything on the bar was old..the cake was so dry you could feel it...my mother got a cup of water and it's had a fortune paper in it which wasn't ours......the flavor of the food was off..and disgusting I sincerely recommend not eating here..
