When we first arrived an almost empty parking lot on a Friday night should have been our first hint. Me and my husband and our 3 teen sons, host was not very welcoming , our waiter seemed new and timid , took a very long time to get the food. my order came out incorrect. my husband asked waiter if they could sing happy birthday to our twins celebrating their 14th birthday he agrees but never happened but that’s fine my twins did get brownie desserts. It was just a very awkward environment none of the workers were thrilled to be there ! they literally all acted like they absolutely despise being there. Suddenly the empty parking lot made sense. Bill was pretty pricey for such a depressing atmosphere.
They actually know how to make a medium rare steak! Our food was delicious and our server was very helpful.
I had the worst service from Paul E. I had to repeatedly ask for silverware. My steak was severely undercooked. It was placed in the microwave and then returned to me. My daughters burger was raw. The manager was no help and complained about how the owners get mad when things are voided. 18% gratuity was added and i still had to pay. 0/10 highly do not recommend.
Steak was gray on edges, and discolored through the middle, service wasn’t excellent, waiter came by once to drop off the check didn’t check if we needed refills on our drinks or if the food was tasting fine, the sign that says best steak in Branson should be
