Subway - West Branch

They only had 1 person working on a Sunday evening in the middle of summer, he wasn't fast. It took around 20 mins to get 2 footlongs a 6 . A sit-down place would've been better that rate. Parking: This is connected to a Shell gas station so you get gas station parking.

By far, worst service I 've ever had. I 've only walked away from a server one other time in my life until today. Staff was very rude. My husband and I went in separately as to not leave the kids in the car, and the employee wouldnt make him and my son a foot long cookie because she said it would take too long too make. When I went in, I was trying to ask what kind of sub I should get if I only wanted bacon and cheese on it. She told me I had to pick a sub. I asked what choice would be the cheapest for me to remove everything but the bacon and she said Lady, I have no idea what you are talking about. What sub do you want? At this point I was frustrated and responded a bacon sub and she said she couldn 't do that so I said ok, and I walked away. I know I needed a name of a sub to order it, but I was asking for the easiest simplist sub to make. I don 't want to be paying philly cheese streak prices when my butthead of a picky eater only wanted bacon. Like good lord I 've working in the fast food/ retail industry for the past two decades. Ive never ever worked with anyone who was ever as miserablely rude and indifferent to customers as this worker was. I thought maybe I was going crazy until my husband came out and said she refused to make the cookie thing, and then I checked out the reviews and realized that we definitely weren 't the only ones who 've had issues there.

$13 for a salad? Then I would think the bowl would be full. It was perhaps 25% less salad than any other Subway I've been to. And they always cut up the meat for the salad except here. I had to ask for a knife.

This was one of the worst places to eat subway at. The staff is negligent towards proportion of serving. Furthermore, the shutdown the table area and put a small sign restricting the eating by space. I missed the sign and sat there anyway by mistake. I was asked in the middle of my meal to get up and leave immediately. I feel even pressured to leave the premise. I agree that my mistake was to miss the sign, but the staff completely ignored common decency towards customers.Please come here to get insulted and eat bad subway

Over charge me on my husband and mine sandwich. Both of ares asked for the ham egg and cheese on a flatbread and instead of him I asked if I could do pepperoni instead and she said yes she could do that instead of charging me and she didn't she charged me $4 for the pepperoni and might as well get the ham.
