Mcdonald's - West Branch

West Branch McDonald's is the best McDonalds. They are very fast, rarely make mistakes. I have observed that their prices are usually somewhat higher than the environment, but I believe it is worth it. I would recommend downloading the app.

Friendly service and clean. One person working counter, but I preferred to stand in line instead of using the kiosk. They were very quick with getting everyone through and bringing food out. There's a sign posted they are hiring.

The place was clean and the service was good. The food tastes just like any other McDonald's restaurant.

This McDonald's is a great halfway point to Mackinaw. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. You receive your food promptly, which is a nice surprise for fast food. The restaurant was clean, and we stopped in for breakfast. The hash browns were exactly what you expect from a McDonald's breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed fast service and tasty food. If you're craving McDonald's on your way up north, this is the place to stop.

Rude and unprofessional! Luke, the "manager," is clearly unqualified and lacks the skills needed for the role. He seems a bit out of his depth.
