Mcdonald's - West Branch

Rude and unprofessional! Luke, the "manager," is clearly unqualified and lacks the skills needed for the role. He seems a bit out of his depth.

The music was overly loud, and the management staff was extremely rude. When we requested that they lower the volume, we were told that if we didn't like it, we should go somewhere else. Is this really how McDonald's expects their customers to be treated? The restaurant has new ownership from Frankenmuth, and it seems they might not understand how things should be managed.

My mother-in-law and I had lunch together, and we also had a wonderful day!

The all-you-can-eat pancakes for kids were a hit; it was a fantastic experience!

This McDonald's is a great halfway point to Mackinaw. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. You receive your food promptly, which is a nice surprise for fast food. The restaurant was clean, and we stopped in for breakfast. The hash browns were exactly what you expect from a McDonald's breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed fast service and tasty food. If you're craving McDonald's on your way up north, this is the place to stop.
