Arby's - WEST BERLIN

I haven't eaten by arby for years. we just met three times in the last month and half and all three times the food was hot and fresh. fresh for what can be fast eating. the staff was good, fast to get us out of our order. 3.5 how I can not give almost food place four or more stars.

This place is on his last side. they wait for the speaker for 10 minutes before their order will ever be received. they close hours before closing time when I can see workers. How about you hire some people?

My mother is hooked to her jamocha? shakes. later, if I don't get there at the weekend before 16 o'clock, they're already closed. Yesterday, Sunday, it happened again. So I decided to go to berlin, which usually has normal hours and most menus. waited 15 minutes in the car drive thru a nd heard that they say the car before me, I'm sorry, no roast beef or gyros or mac and cheese. they told me they didn't shake or slide?!

This place needs help. I've been here a few times and wanted to get some food, 2 hours before closing and there's a worker cleaning, but no orders. I wasn't the only person last time the trip thru had at least 5 cars, including me. at least turn out the running gear thru menu lighter, so people know that they don't want to take orders. never comes back.

This location has gone down hill. The wait in drive thru was terrible...nobody answered had to go inside to place order. Food was basic and they acted slow with everything smh . Do better ARBYs!Sent feedback to you all
